This is our first project for the GPT Group who strategically acquired this asset with a view to completely transform and reposition an iconic Melbourne landmark site.
As the ANZ headquarters for over 25 years, 100 Queen St has been transformed into a luxurious new office destination known as Queen & Collins.
This project involved the restoration and repositioning of several iconic heritage buildings, with Armitage Jones as the Project Manager and Superintendent.
Kerstin Thompson Architects were engaged to redesign this historic building at the ground level. A key focus was be to preserve the building’s ornate features and render the address an icon of Melbourne’s history. Meanwhile, BVN Architects has redesigned the tower floors to provide a new approach in workplace design.
Recently completed, the building makeover provides exciting new commercial office and retail precinct – which includes updated end-of-trip and parking facilities.
