The Intercontinental Hotel in Melbourne provides a unique opportunity to engage with a historic piece of the city, two buildings which are so visually emblematic of our boom period.
Project Managers for the Refurbishment of the 5-star InterContinental Hotel, Melbourne. Fronting onto Collins Street and extending south to Flinders Lane, it is an icon of Melbourne’s boom-style Victorian-era architecture. It comprises the heritage-listed Rialto (1889) and Winfield (1890) buildings and the 1980s atrium that joins them.
