Our first project for Levande provides an exciting opportunity to provide a luxurious retirement living development within the recently rezoned East Village Masterplan precinct.
The retirement living estate in Bentleigh East includes over 290 units across several low rise apartment buildings and includes a village centre. The 1.75 ha superlot site is located at the southern end of the East Village precinct with direct access to Virginia Reserve.
The estate will be located within the East Village precinct which will transform the area with a range of residential, commercial, retail, education, community and civic uses.
