An iconic building in Melbourne with a great history, it’s a fantastic opportunity to be part of its future.
Armitage Jones acted as Project Managers for a redeveloped lobby and upgraded entry experience to the 35 level, 4,900 sqm office tower.
The GPT Group embarked on repositioning this asset with a major lobby upgrade. 8 Exhibition Street is a PCA grade minimum commercial building that had reached a point in its life cycle where significant capital expenditure was required to retain its premium grade credentials and positive property valuations.
The scope involved upgrading the Ground Level lobby to include a new cafe, working lounge and retreat area and coordination of external works to a heritage listed building.
All works were undertaken in a live environment with adjoining commercial tenants and residents.
