Sonya studied architecture and property / construction at University of Melbourne.

Having worked as an architect while studying, it was only during her first job as a Site Coordinator at Multiplex Construction that she realised her strengths and passion was in managing complex and challenging design and construction issues.

She has since worked for a range of private and public companies on a diverse range of challenging and iconic projects.

Sonya is passionate about the property industry and built environment and strives to deliver projects that have a profitable outcome and lasting legacy for all stakeholders.

Olivia studied Construction Management at RMIT before embarking on her property career. 

She spent the early years of her career working for several tier-one building contractors before completing a Masters of Business (Property) and moving into the development industry as a Development Manager.

Olivia has a passion for property development and considerable experience in both private and public development companies, across a broad range of asset classes.

Her enthusiastic and inclusive approach ensures that she is able to drive a well-co-ordinated collaborative team to deliver successful outcomes for all involved.
