Joining Armitage Jones in 2021, Katherine has quickly and passionately risen to the task of managing the delivery of many iconic addresses in Melbourne, in particular 555 Collins Street. She has been instrumental in terms of driving the success of the 555 Collins project both for the AJ team and our client, Charter Hall.
We really admire her ability to not only manage highly complex projects but create collaborative teams that drive their success.

G. McBean Family Butcher has been a decade-long project for master butcher Gary and daughter Ash and the AJ team could not be more pleased to have been involved in the design and delivery of the project.

The new 300-square-metre shop, kitchen, smokehouse, rotisserie and deli is almost three-times the size of McBean’s former store at the other end of the meat hall in Melbourne’s oldest market, established in 1864.
.
Handsome green tiling, marble flooring and a brass logo set the tone at G. McBean, now the market’s largest place to buy meat.
In the words of master butcher Gary Mcbean, “Why wouldn’t you want to buy a steak sandwich from a butcher?”
